$LULU - Lululemon

Super Bullish Sentiment... Are Legging Worth This Much? Do Instagram Models Off Brands Take a Hit Out Of Lulu?

Lululemon will try to justify its 41% year-to-date run - and spark another up-leg - with another upside surprise after the June 12 close, when the company reports its most recent financial results. A big chunk of LULU's gains came in late March after the company reported revenue and profit beats, as well as 16% same-store sales growth. And an April investor-day presentation not only encouraged investors, but eased a Lululemon bear's concerns. Macquarie Research analyst Laurent Vasilescu upgraded the stock from "Underperform" (equivalent of "Sell") to "Neutral" (equivalent of "Hold") after the company said revenue growth would average in the low teens over the next five years, with net income improving at a steeper rate. "The investor day didn't stink," he wrote. For the quarter to be reported, Wall Street's pros expect revenues to climb 16.2% to $755.00 million, and profits to jump 27.2% to 70 cents per share.

Leaning into Calls, but may change depending on Option Activity.

$PLAY - Dave & Buster’s

Comparable-store sales rose 3% last quarter to mark Dave & Buster's first increase since early 2017. Comps trends have now improved for four consecutive quarters after hitting a low of 6% declines at the end of 2017. The good news is CEO Brian Jenkins and his team believe the company won back some market share in the fiscal fourth quarter, and investors will want to see more evidence of that kind of success to start the new year even if comps are only modestly positive.

Both Calls or Puts are in Play, Will Pick in Live Trading Room.

$RH - Restoration Warehouse

RH to highlight China sourcing exposure, which RH had been shifting to before tariffs were implemented, representing about 30% of products in 2019. Shares have traded down recently on this factor; if tariffs are rolled back, shares should reflect the earnings power of the business.

Both Calls or Puts are in Play, Will Pick in Live Trading Room.

$TUFN - Tufin

Trading at only 10X sales, with 30% annual growth currently. Stock is undervalued.

Both Calls or Puts are in Play, Will Pick in Live Trading Room.

$DLTH - Duluth Trading

Puts are in Play, Will Pick in Live Trading Room.

$AVGO - Broadcom

This stock is bit risky, it can move up or down a lot. Market cap is huge $108B dollars!

AVGO is an attractive stock for growth-seeking investors, with an expected earnings growth of 35% in the upcoming year which is expected to flow into an impressive return on equity of 45% over the next couple of years. AVGO is considered one of the top dividend payers in the market, and it has also been able to maintain it at a level in which net income is able to cover dividend payments.

$HRB - HR Block

Didn't Trump want everyone to do their taxes on a postcard?

The consensus mark for earnings is pegged at $4.11, indicating a year-over-year decline of 24.3%. Ongoing strategic investments in price, technology and operations will continue to weigh on the bottom line and offset the positive impacts of serving fewer Free EZ-type clients.
